The piercing doorbell sound was extremely uncomfortable for me. I frowned slightly and got up from the sofa, planning to jump on one foot to open the door.

However, their approval comes with conditions – I must secure a position at Strakovski Jewelry before they agree to my marriage with Gerald Hughes. From what I’m seeing, I don’t even believe that Lukas Strakovski is married when you can’t even help me
with such a small matter.”
Seeing Bella’s sense of entitlement, my face turned cold. “Even if I could help you, why should I?” I
spat.

“Let me tell you the truth. If you don’t help me today and let Ella and Gerald get married, I’ll burn the letter left by your father. Let’s see what you can do. It’s not easy to find a three–legged toad under the sky, but I can always find a two–legged man. It’s not hard to find. But you, there’s only that one letter from your father, and you will never have it!” Bella spat, her expression was malicious and arrogant.
My face darkened completely. I could tell that Bella was still unaware of the situation with the Rhodes Family. My heart raced with a mixture of frustration and anger.
Victoria hadn’t even made a move, yet Bella came here threatening me. I couldn’t stand Bella’s attitude, as if everything should be done for her, thinking she was somebody.
Bella didn’t care about my anger. She provocatively raised her chin, “What? Scared now, bitch?”
I laughed in anger and disbelief at Bella’s scared attitude. “Me? Scared of you? When you’re out here acting like a pathetic clown? Do you really think threatening me with burning that letter will get you that satisfaction?
I then said to the servants with a cold face, “Get this person out of my house.”
I didn’t believe Victoria would be so easy and let Bella destroy something that could be used to be held against her.
I had searched the study room yesterday but couldn’t find the letter. If Bella really had it, I wasn’t
scared anyway.
I wasn’t scared anymore.
Bella was extremely angry at my response. “How dare you?!” She exclaimed.
I challenged her, “How dare of me indeed.” My voice was steady and unyielding, a stark contrast to Bella’s emotional outburst.
After speaking, I coldly ignored Bella, taking a peppermint candy from the table that Lukas used to quit smoking, and putting it in my mouth.
The servant expressionlessly asked Bella to leave, “Please leave, Miss Bella.”
Bella couldn’t believe it, “Sophia, how dare you treat me like this! Do you really not want your father’s letter?” She shouted.
I paid her no attention, and the servant’s face turned cold, “If you don’t leave, I’m going to call the police!”

Bella stood there motionless, and a wicked idea suddenly appeared in her mind. If Sophia’s face were disfigured, would Lukas still let her stay here?
Moreover, Lukas didn’t seem to care much about Sophia. As long as she added fuel to the fire, maybe she could manipulate him into sending Sophia away.
