Chapter 90
Coming out of the office, Nola felt something was wrong.
After getting off work yesterday, Deborah said she would take Nola home, and she asked about Nola’s personal affairs this morning. Deborahy seemed to be particularly interested in her, Nola didn’t think Deborah was a person who was particularly enthusiastic about her colleagues. Besides, she was still Nola’s leader.

“But, Miss Garcia… I have an appointment.”
“Appointment? Are you going out? With your boyfriend? I’m not used to the food in the staff canteen either. Let’s go downstairs together. I’m curious about your caring boyfriend.”
“He’s not my boyfriend.”
“He chases you with heart, drives you back and forth to work, and even has lunch with you. He’s pretty nice, and I’ll help you make sure he suits you!” she was so enthusiastic that Nola didn’t even know what to say.
Elvis was still upstairs waiting for Nola to eat, and Alisa had brought the food over, but Deborah didn’t let her go. She couldn’t say she would go to the president’s office for lunch.
When Nola was upset and didn’t know how to get out of the predicament, Fiona suddenly stood up in the corner of the office.
“Nola, I… I’m done. Let’s go!”
Nola was taken aback for a moment but immediately came to her senses and agreed.
“Miss Garcia, Fiona and I are relatively poor and can’t afford food outside. We agreed to eat in the staff canteen.”
Although Nola didn’t know why Fiona would rescue her at this time, she could only go with Fiona’s words.
“Are you going to have lunch?”
Nola and Fiona nodded in unison. Deborah was dubious and smiled, “If you are going to the canteen, then fine! I will eat by myself.”
