After thinking about the tampered design and Ricardo’s insistence on her returning home for dinner, Reese fell silent for a moment and said coldly, “Fine, I’ll come back.”
After hanging up the phone, Reese packed her things with a stern expression and left the Hill Crest One
Residence.
Having learned from the previous incident at the Roberts Family’s villa, Reese had already contacted
Geoff Turner in advance.

Ricardo was perceptive, and he noticed Geoff’s hesitant expression. He said, “You two should have a chat first. I’ll go upstairs to get something.”

Geoff looked at Reese and said, “Your father said that the incident with Alexa plagiarizing your work was
a misunderstanding.”
Reese pursed her lips, unsure of how to explain.

darkened. “You silly girl, why didn’t you tell me? I just came back from overseas, and I only found out about this incident today. Were you planning on never telling me?”
