After looking through the design drafts provided by Reese, Anthony chose the third set, saying, “My mother prefers this style. We can sign the contract now.”
Reese nodded and handed five more design drafts to Ella, saying, “Regarding the jewelry styles suitable for young ladies attending the banquet, I have designed quite a few options. So, Miss Rhodes, you have a wide range to choose from. Take a look first, and if you like any of them or if you have any suggestions, I can make some tweaks to suit your preference.”
Ella had initially not planned to trouble Reese and play along with whatever since Anthony was already satisfied. However, when she saw the design drafts, she couldn’t help but think that it was fortunate she hadn’t signed with Victoria yet. Reese’s designs far surpassed Victoria’s in every aspect.
Her eyes sparkled as she made her choice, smiling at Reese, “This one. Miss Roberts’s design truly impresses me. I love it!”
At this point, Ella already admired Reese, and she believed that Reese would soon become a highly sought–after jewelry designer. After all, her talent was evident.
Reese chuckled, “I’m glad you like it, Miss Rhodes.”
By the time Reese left the meeting room, she had already signed the contract with Anthony and Ella.
The design department’s staff were astounded by the efficiency. It was hard to believe such speed was possible.
After Anthony and Ella left, Reese handed the two sets of design drafts and the contract to Cole. Anthony and Ella had already paid a 50% advance deposit, so with the contract and design drafts submitted, Reese could now begin the jewelry customization.

“How would you make amends?” Lukas’s eyes flickered.
Martins pursed his lips, “I would give her whatever she needs. I should be able to avoid making further
mistakes.”
Lukas remained silent for two seconds. If one could make amends by sending a pillow for someone who
felt sleepy, what did Reese need?
She needed private custom clients now, and he had plenty of clients on his side. If he helped Reese
connect with two clients, she should feel better, right?
With this in mind, Lukas waved his hand, indicating for Martins to leave.
Once Martins left, Lukas called Cole, “Hey, Cole, I’m giving you the contact information for two custom jewelry clients. Take Reese to negotiate with them and tell her it’s my idea.”
Cole felt somewhat helpless, “Mr. Strakovski, we asked her yesterday, and Reese seemed unwilling.”
“That’s different,” Lukas raised an eyebrow, “Just tell her it’s from me and that it has nothing to do with
you.”
Reese was a clever person, and if she knew the clients were from him, she would understand it was his way of apologizing.
Smart people could see through certain things without them being explicitly stated.
Lukas paused for a moment and continued, “She’s in need of private custom clients now. Let her accept it if she wants. No need to be so sensitive.”
Cole’s tone became complicated, “Sir Strakovski, she did need private custom clients yesterday. But today, she already got two clients. Moreover, they just signed the contract a while ago. One of them is quite generous and placed an order for a set of custom–made jewelry, exceeding the total orders others averagely take in a year.”
Lukas’s face displayed a fascinating mix of emotions.
In his mind, the phrase “it’s difficult to be up to date” instantly appeared.
His facial expression showed delight and anger, “Someone who can be this generous in Switzerland must be a prominent figure. Who is that client of Reese?”
He wanted to see who this unfortunate person was.
