Ashley and Charlie then studied the exhibits. They were excited. After a while, Tim found Ashley and pointed towards Chase. He was there. His tech company was influential; he understood technology. He’d come, especially since Tanya was there. He was surrounded by people, looking like a couple with Tanya. Ashley glanced and looked away. She then saw Ethan, who was talking to someone and didn’t notice her.
Nim asked, “Does he know you’re here?”
Ashley shook her head, “Probably not.” They rarely communicated, except about Sam. Chase wouldn’t know she was here.
Tim was annoyed, “Aren’t you going to greet him?” If she revealed her identity, he wanted to see Chase and Tanya’s reaction.
Ashley shook her head, “No.” It wasn’t necessary. If she angered Chase, he might reveal her past actions, even if she was innocent. She lacked proof. It might affect her uncle’s business. She didn’t want to act impulsively.
