Sienna felt a pang of discomfort as she watched Maddox show off his sandwich. ‘Why is he so sharp–tongued with me but all smiles and showy with Phoebe?‘ she muttered.
The more Sienna thought about it, the more frustrated she became. She might not be able to make the sandwich, but she had learned how to whip up omelette.
Turning to Jamar and Reece, Sienna asked, “Do you guys want some buttermilk omelette?”
Their group had run out of eggs yesterday, and all that was left were butter and milk.
“Sure, I love buttermilk omelette,” Jamar chimed in.
Reece nodded. “Sounds good!”
Sienna replied sweetly, “Great! I’ll go make them for you now.”
Jamar wrapped an arm around Sienna’s shoulders and praised her. “My sister is just so capable.”
Sienna leaned her head against Jamar’s chest instinctively, rubbing against him. “Just wait for the deliciousness!”
Watching them, Lexie couldn’t help but roll her eyes. “The way these two acted is way too flirty like they’re a couple or something,‘ she muttered.
With that thought, Lexie’s gaze at Jamar and Sienna shifted to one of suspicion. ‘Are they really siblings?‘ she wondered.
After Sienna had finished being cute with Jamar, she finally noticed Erika standing behind them.
Normally, Sienna wouldn’t even bother talking to her. But before the live stream, she had to play the role of a thoughtful girl. So she smiled and asked, “Erika, are you going to eat too?”
Erika forced a smile and replied, “Sure, I’ll have some.”
Erika wanted to say she didn’t actually like butter omelette, but Reece and Jamar wanted them. If she said no, she’d definitely get criticized.
Then Sienna went to the kitchen, where she began making omelette, wanting to show off her skills.
Sienna hadn’t let the other three help her before, and this time, they stayed out of it too.
The aroma of oatmeal and sandwiches wafted from the yard. Seeing Maddox and the others enjoying their breakfast made their stomachs grumble.
Reece and Jamar both felt a pang of envy. It was obvious that Phoebe had made this, and now Maddox and the others were benefiting from it.
Especially Reece, who felt uneasy knowing that Maddox wanted these and Phoebe had made them just for him. There was nothing they could do about it now, though.
Meanwhile, after Phoebe and her group finished breakfast, the oatmeal and sandwiches had been wiped clean. The other three tidied up and washed the dishes.
Phoebe didn’t rush to help. She didn’t want to be like Sienna, taking on everything just to show off.
After Sienna finished making the omelette and came out, she saw Phoebe sitting in the yard leisurely.
Lexie had cleared the table, while James and Maddox were in the kitchen washing dishes, dividing the work clearly. Even

though they seemed a bit awkward, they were definitely helping.

Seeing that, Sienna felt even more resentful. She thought, ‘Why do I have to work so hard while Phoebe just relaxes?‘

Her eyes reddened with indignation as Sienna turned back to the kitchen, filled with grievance. The other three had no idea what she was feeling.
When Sienna finished the omelette and they each took a bite, they all struggled to swallow.
The pancake was still a bit raw, and the filling was poorly seasoned, lacking flavor. Other than looking decent, there was nothing good about them. They were all show but no substance.
I want to have Phoebe’s sandwiches, Erika muttered. Then she barely choked down the pancake she had picked up and put down her fork.
Sienna had already been in a bad mood, and seeing Erika like that prompted her to ask, “Erika, is the pancake not to your taste? I’m sorry, I didn’t know you didn’t like butter.”
Sienna continued, “I just have to make do with what we have.”
Erika was speechless and said nothing.
Jamar noticed for the first time that Sienna’s eyes were a little red. She must have felt wronged. Then he looked at Erika with annoyance and said, “Sienna has been working hard this morning. You shouldn’t be so picky.”
“You didn’t do anything, so you should be grateful you even have food. Plus, the omelette are really good!” Jamar added.
After Jamar said that, he took another pancake and ate it forcefully, trying to support Sienna.
Now it was Erika’s turn to feel wronged. She hadn’t said anything and suddenly found herself labeled as picky by these two siblings.
Just as Erika was about to speak up, Reece cut in. “The omelette are pretty good, Sienna, great job!”
Sienna smiled sweetly and waved her hand. “It’s not a big deal. I’m happy to serve everyone.”
Finally, Erika didn’t get a chance to speak. Instead, she was bombarded by Jamar and Sienna’s fans in the livestream comments, calling her overly dramatic and spoiled, ruining the efforts of Sienna, and so on.
At that moment, Maddox finished washing the dishes and couldn’t help but laugh upon hearing their conversation. He glanced at the omelette on the table. “If they’re so good, why have you only eaten a few?”
“We were too busy fighting over Phoebe’s sandwiches earlier,” Maddox added, smacking his lips. “Even if another plate came, I could finish it all.”
With Maddox’s words, the viewers started to notice.
[Reece says the omelette are good, but I see him only eating two.]
[Jamar ate three, but he looks like he’s forcing it.]
[Sienna only ate one…]
[Reece really treats Sienna differently, eating so reluctantly yet still having to give compliments.]
[It’s embarrassing how hard he’s praising her.]
[You only know something’s good when you compare it. That oatmeal and sandwiches Phoebe made earlier; people were fighting to eat those.]

Erika’s fans began to chime in as well.
[Reece and Jamar are teaming up to pick on Erika.]
[This is too much. She can’t even make good food, yet she wants to force everyone to eat it. What’s up with that?]
[Sienna is so whiny; don’t think we can’t tell.]
In the kitchen, the group eating omelette felt a bit awkward after Maddox’s comments.

But suddenly, Erika found Maddox’s sharp tongue to be quite appealing. She wasn’t completely without her temper. Then she said, “I’m full, so you all can finish what’s left.”
Earlier, Erika had indeed liked Jamar and wanted to get close to him.

Sienna felt a bit embarrassed. ‘What does Maddox mean? Is he saying my cooking isn’t as good as Phoebe’s?‘ she muttered.
Then Sienna looked at Maddox, feeling even more wronged and indignant. “Maddox, do you not like me?”
Why is he always picking on me? He must have talked about me with Phoebe behind my back, Sienna thought.
Maddox gave Sienna a confused look. “Why would I like you? Besides, we’re not that close. I don’t want to come on a variety show and end up in a scandal.”
“You guys just enjoy the food. I’m out,” Maddox said, making a face as if to refuse being tied down, and left quickly.
