I cannot believe how my luck has changed since I met Avery. She’s a lucky charm. To top it off, she just told me that she
knows where my mate is. She seemed incredibly happy about it too. I wonder if she saw her? I won’t ask because I want it

I am also glad that Avery isn’t going to make everyone wait until their Grand Ceremony. I wonder what caused that

Avery starts moving to the beat as I stand there. She comes over and puts her hands on my hips. “Watch my eyes,” she
commands. I instinctively do. Before long she has me moving in time to the music as the others join us. She kisses my
cheek, “Just be free.” She is right because for the first time in so long, I feel free. There’s no pressure or heavy cloud
looming overhead. Even though I am not a teenager, I can at least act like one for tonight.
