Chapter 84
With a determined resolve to die, Aveline jumped from the seventh floor. She could only break free from the shackles of Alexander in this way.
But she never expected that when she jumped, Alexander was faster than her.
She saw that the man didn’t hesitate at all and jumped from the window, using his left foot to push off the windowsill as a pedal, giving his body an acceleration.
In the blink of an eye, he was already by Aveline’s side. Aveline widened her eyes, her pupils trembling

Lucas brought an inflatable column from the hospital entrance, and the bodyguards hurriedly followed, fortunately arriving at the last moment.
With a “bang,” Alexander and Aveline’s bodies crashed heavily onto the inflatable column, and then rolled to th ground.
Fortunately, the inflatable column absorbed most of the impact, and neither of them were injured. Jordan upstairs breathed a sigh of relief. Luckily, he was prepared, otherwise, there would have been two lives lost today.
Lucas and the bodyguards were all scared silly. If something happened to Alexander, how could they explain it?
Alexander’s body rolled on the inflatable column, and then crashed heavily onto the ground. His brows furrowed, but he didn’t make a sound.

The first thing she did when she got up was to slap Alexander’s face hard. “Alexander, why do you want to take away even the right to die! Don’t you hate me? I’m dead, you should be happy!”
Ignoring the pain coming from his back, Alexander furrowed his brows and grabbed her delicate wrist. There was still lingering anger in his eyes.
He was like an enraged beast king, gritting his teeth and growling, “Death is the best relief. I want you live, to use your dirty and dark remaining life to redeem my sister!”

Whether it was because the outdoor temperature was too low or because Alexander’s voice was too cold, Aveline sniffed and felt the coldness spreading throughout her body, chilling her to the core.
In a moment, he had already stood up and looked down at Aveline.
The dim light from the street lamp fell on Alexander’s face, but couldn’t bring any warmth.
The cold and stern lines of his jaw tightened, his facial features blurred by the snow, and a bone–chilling coldness seemed to seep into his marrow.
That inherent sense of nobility, superior to the world, made Aveline feel like nothing more than an ant crawling beneath his feet.
She started to panic.
A deep sense of powerlessness filled her heart.
She knew that the gap between her and him, whether it was in terms of identity or power, was too great. Her actions just now had only further angered the man in front of her.
He would never let her go!
The cold wind silently blew his clothes, and he slowly bent down, reaching out his hand to lift her chin.
