Madilyn, who was being held in his arms, felt warm tears falling onto her shoulder.
Her anxious heart finally relaxed after a few days.
Since the last time they separated at the hospital, Warren didn’t go to see her for several days, and he didn’t even reply to her messages.
This is a situation that has never happened, whether in the past or present.
So today she came over on her own initiative to try and find out the situation.
To her surprise, as soon as she entered the door, she found that all of Carissa’s belongings were
gone.
She hadn’t had time to be happy yet when someone brought the wedding dress over again and called her “sister–in–law” repeatedly.
All of this represented one thing.
That means Carissa and Warren have completely broken up.
As for the shattered wedding photo, she thought maybe Carissa, feeling angry, deliberately
smashed it before leaving.
But now, none of this matters anymore.
Warren’s reaction had already been enough to prove his deep love for himself.
In the future, they could take more and more beautiful wedding photos.
With this thought in mind, Madilyn turned around excitedly and threw herself into the arms of the
man in front of her.
“Do you know now that you were wrong? You used to be stubborn, even though you loved me in your heart, you still said those words to drive me away, making me sad for several days. Hmph, you don’t properly comfort me, I won’t easily forgive you!”
Madilyn arrogantly lifted her chin, but her eyes couldn’t hide the undisguised joy.
However, at this moment, seeing the woman in his arms was not Carissa Warren, but an
unbelievably frozen figure.
He suddenly pushed Madilyn away with force.
He shouted angrily, “Who let you wear this wedding dress!”
Madilyn tripped over her heavy skirt and fell heavily to the ground, the pain instantly bringing tears
to her eyes.

“Warren, what are you doing? Isn’t this the wedding dress you prepared for our wedding? What’s wrong with me trying it on in advance?”
As soon as the words fell, her tears started to fall, pitter–patter.
Warren suppressed the anger in his heart and gritted his teeth as he spoke in a low voice.
“Take off the wedding dress immediately, it wasn’t prepared for you.”
Originally, Madilyn felt aggrieved when he pushed her down and made her fall.
Upon hearing these words, she instinctively retorted, “If it’s not for me, then who else could it be for? Could it be for that Carissa? You have already obtained a marriage certificate with me, so it’s
impossible for her to marry you again!”
This remark hit Warren right where it hurts.
His face turned pale in an instant. “Madilyn, I have always made it clear from the beginning that I only got married to you for the sake of helping you. Besides that, I have no other feelings for you.
Carissa is my girlfriend, and I will only marry her.”
Madilyn tightened her fingertips, and a stiff smile tugged at the corners of her mouth.
“I don’t believe it, Warren. Have you forgotten? It was you who said at the class reunion that you only loved me, and it was you who said you would always protect me. And that night, you didn’t even refuse my kiss, and you even took care of me all night…”
As she spoke, Warren’s face became increasingly unpleasant.
He had done so many things to hurt Carissa before…
At first, he really just wanted to help her, but at some point, he started to become addicted to this feeling of being relied upon.
Especially, she had previously rejected Madilyn’s playfulness.
This gave him an inexplicable sense of satisfaction in his heart.
So he indulged Madilyn and got married to her, took wedding photos, and even allowed her to move
into his house…
Madilyn crawled up from the ground, enduring the pain, and took slow, difficult steps towards
Warren.
“Don’t deceive yourself anymore, look at me properly, how could you possibly not love me?”
‘She tiptoed to kiss him.
At that moment, a sudden and intense knocking sound came from the door.
